All bookings are for a 2 hour sitting unless further time has been agreed with a member of the management team

Please note that bookings are for food only. We do not accept bookings for drinks only, unless cleared with a member of the management team.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking - please keep this safe and check all junk/spam folders

Pre - Authorisation 

To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. No money will be taken from your account at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or amend your booking please do so via the link you will find in the confirmation email, alternatively please email us at hello@marblesteakhouse.co.uk. Do no not call us as we are not always able to answer the phone, especially during busy periods.

 

 We require 48 hrs notice for groups of 8 people or more and up to 12pm midday on the day of your booking for groups under 8 people.

Failure to cancel your booking or amend any changes, including dropping of numbers to your party size to your booking within the specified time frame will result in a £20 charge per person.
